Postgraduate courses are aimed at fulfilling what is prescribed in the UFRJ Statute and are governed by university legislation, by the norms and guidelines established by CEPG (Teaching Council for Graduates), and by its own Rules of Procedure. They secure, for faculty and students, regular and systematic association between postgraduate teaching activities and research activities.
Master’s degree: aims at training for undergraduate teaching and scientific training for the development of relevant research projects. It is aimed at training for research and for deepening scientific and professional training in the field of Communication and for training for teaching at undergraduate, professional master"s and post-graduate lato sensu courses. It must be obtained within a maximum period of 24 (twenty four) months.
